These terms and conditions govern the sale of artwork by Antony Pipe ("the Artist," "we," "us," or "our") through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We are a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

3. Orders & Pricing
All artwork offered on this website is ready-made and sold as-is. Prices are in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected carrier. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details on how we handle shipments.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- Notification: You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receipt.
- Return Process: Items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Damaged Goods
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of both the artwork and the packaging. We will review your claim and arrange for a refund or resolution as appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
Antony Pipe retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork sold. The purchase of a physical piece of art does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce, distribute, or display the artwork for commercial purposes.
8. Governing Law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
