1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your artwork.
- The Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel.
- Returning the Item: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us in its original condition.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To cancel your order or initiate a return, please contact us via email. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the artwork.
3. Return Conditions
- Original Condition: Artwork must be returned in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
- Responsibility: As the buyer, you are responsible for the safe return of the artwork. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we have received the returned artwork and confirmed it is in its original condition, we will process your refund:
- Timeline: We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: If you paid for standard delivery, we will refund that cost. If you chose a premium delivery service, we are only required to refund the cost of standard delivery.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
AIf your artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of both the artwork and the packaging. We will review your claim and arrange for a resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement if available. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
