1. Overview
We ship artwork internationally. Every piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
2. International Shipping
We currently provide automatic shipping calculations for UK orders only. If you are located outside the United Kingdom and are interested in purchasing an artwork, please send us an email.
We will be happy to provide you with a custom shipping quote based on your location and the specific requirements of the artwork. Once we have confirmed the shipping costs, we can provide you with a direct payment link to complete your purchase.
3. Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving your payment. You will receive an automated email with delivery information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Costs (UK Orders)
Shipping costs for UK orders are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the artwork. You will see the total shipping cost before you finalise your purchase at the checkout screen.
5. Customs Duties & Taxes (International)
For international shipments, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
6. Delivery Estimates
While we use reliable carriers, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
- UK Orders: Typically arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary significantly based on the destination and customs processing. We will provide an estimated timeframe with your custom shipping quote.
7. Tracking Your Order
All artworks are shipped via tracked and/or signed-for services. You can monitor the progress of your delivery using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
8. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking link first. If the carrier shows no update or the status is unclear, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
